Floral Filled Spring Wedding with Vintage Flair

As floral designers, we have the great honor of creating designs that are essential to achieving our couples’ dream wedding celebrations. From the bouquets to the elaborate ceremony arches and floral-filled tablescapes for the reception. It’s even more of an honor to create designs for one of our own, and when our Studio Manager Stephanie got engaged last year, we knew we were going to create something really special for her spring wedding day!

Stephanie and Jeremy chose a private estate to host their celebration which gave the design team the advantage of beginning with a blank slate that could be transformed. Working alongside De Luxe Weddings & Events, we created a super romantic ceremony space on the lawn. Dark wood chairs were perfectly placed on each side of the aisle and a large floral arch awaited the bride and groom. Stephanie looked radiant as she carried a colorful bouquet of dahlias, chocolate queen annes lace, white anemones, tulips, majolicas, menta roses, quicksand roses, amnesia roses, dark scabiosa, Italian ruscus, and agonis. The combination of ivory, blush, and pops of deep purple all paired with loose greenery were a romantic combination of hues. We were so excited to watch our very own team member and the love of her life exchange vows in a beautiful ceremony and become husband and wife!

Due to rain all week leading up to their wedding day, a tent was sourced that would work within the space and still allow us to create the romantic, vintage feel that Stephanie wanted for the reception. Rectangular wood tables were placed around the tent surrounding the dance floor, and the newlyweds were seated at an intimate sweetheart table paired with a vintage sofa. Centerpieces ranged from lush and low arrangements in gold vintage vases, to floral bridges elevated above the table tops with rich leefy greenery and pops of florals throughout. Candlelight, gold accents, and beautiful place settings completed the look, giving Stephanie and Jeremy the floral filled spring wedding with vintage flair that they had dreamed of!
