Sophisticated Classic Wedding Hosted at Jonathan Club

This sophisticated classic wedding swept us off our feet! From the black and white details, silver tones, lavish flowers, and candlelit dinner,  it was everything you would imagine of a classic design. Designed and planned by Honey Fitz Events, the sophisticated classic wedding brought style to downtown LA. The celebration was hosted at the exclusive member-only Jonathan Club that was founded in 1895. The venue’s traditional sophisticated designs fit perfectly with the classic style of the celebration.

It all began with the ceremony that took place outdoors in the balcony area of the building and included stunning views of the Downtown LA skyscrapers. The aisle greeted the bride with white floral details of roses and white astilbe that were highlighted by the greenery of eucalyptus and Italian ruscus leaves. Meanwhile, white rose petals guided the bride down the aisle where at the end awaited lush white floral arrangements. These lavish floral arrangements were composed of roses and hydrangeas, with eucalyptus leaves and Italian ruscus flowing from the sides. The bride wore a mermaid style lace dress as she carried a bouquet that resembled the floral arrangements, but included white astilbe for extra details.

For the reception, large curtains opened up so that guests could enjoy the downtown LA scenery. Each table included silver tone linens that were accentuated by the silver tableware and blacks details of the guest favors. All of the tables had a lavish floral design, alternating between tall and short vases. From each vase flowed greenery of eucalyptus leaves and Italian ruscus that highlighted the white florals of roses, hydrangeas, and white astilbe. The tables balanced perfectly with the design of the room creating an impeccable sophisticated classic wedding.
